I'll go first.
My RL name of course, is Dan.
I'm found most often on WoW -- Dismal of Lightning's Blade. I also play a fair amount of Halo3, Madden, and GTA4 on Xbox live -- DankyDandoa is my name there.
When I'm not playing games, I'm usually swimming, or trying to get some RL social interaction. To be honest, I'm kind of a closet gamer. I'm mildly ashamed to admit to people that I play WoW. Seems like it lowers social value alot. "Oh... He's just some scrub who plays wow all day." So yeah, don't tell anyone.
I'm 22, originally from Minnesota, but trying to get an education in Arizona. I'm unemployed, but I like the title "Glorified Bum."
I got here because Trent and I used to be roommates. We usually played different games, but it still resulted in a solid friendship. I also have met Kurtz, but I don't think I know anyone else in the guild.
As far as my playstyle goes: I'm the perfect contradiction. I'm laid-back, but I'm hard core. I'm motivated, but un-ambitious. I'm generous, but selfish. I'm loved, and I'm hated. I am my own worst enemy. I'm usually willing to do whatever it takes to help others improve, although sometimes that leads me to being taken advantage of (no, not sexually.)
I'm a very social gamer. I'd choose to play an MMO vs any other type of game because of the social aspects. So needless to say, I feel like a bit of a stranger. But I do appreciate how welcoming everyone has been so far
Hopefully this will be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
